Coconut Cocoa Balls
Ingredients
- • 1 1/2 cup pecans or nut of choice
- • 1/4 cup cocoa
- • 14 dates
- • 2 tsp vanilla
- • 1/4 tsp salt
- • 1 tablespoon water
- • 1 heaping tablespoon coconut butter
Instructions

1. Place pecans in food processor until finely chopped.

2. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well incorporated.

3. Using a cookie scoop to get uniform balls, then round individual balls with hands.

4. Dip in shredded unsweetened coconut flakes. Makes 10 balls, store in refrigerator.
