Pork n' Pear Breakfast Stack
Servings 8 patties
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground pork
- 1/2 tablespoon sage
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Pinch of ground cloves
Instructions

Mix ingredients, form 8 patties, and cook until they reach an internal temperature of 160 or no longer pink inside.
Stack Directions:

1. Start your layer off with sautéed sweet potatoes, cooked with coconut oil.

2. Add sliced pears.

3. Add cooked pork sausage.

4. Add avocado slices.

5. Top stack with a sunny side egg or scrambled if you don’t like runny yolks
