Whole Sisters Tacos

Who doesn’t love a great taco? Mexican food is most definitely our weakness and these Whole Sisters Tacos are made with Healthy Taco Seasoning.

Whenever we can make these Whole Sisters Tacos that are made with good for you taco seasoning it makes us so happy to be feeding them to our family.

You really can’t tell the difference from the store bought and homemade. After reading what they add to those small and expensive taco packets it’s scary. When you can’t pronounce the ingredients you know its probably not good for you.

We like to make our Healthy Taco Seasoning in large containers and store it along side our other spices, so it’s ready when we need it.

To make our Whole Sisters Tacos we took our corn tortilla shells and placed them over our gas stovetop burner to give them a little char. If you don’t have a gas top, simple use your barbecue or broil them a few minutes on high.

This really is the best part of our tacos, so take the extra time to cook them properly and add that texture. It’s the little steps that make for spectacular recipes and meals your family will ask for again and again!

Assembling the perfect taco is the fun part of cooking. These tacos are made first with our Healthy Taco Seasoning. Toppings include shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced red onion, Dump Ranch, casa fresca, guacamole and cilantro.

We always replace the sour cream with Dump Ranch because it adds such a creamy texture that compliments the heat of the taco meat. You can guarantee we always have Dump Ranch with our tacos and taco salads.

  • cilantro chopped
